QoSient Delay Measurement Technology
enables the measurement of Round Trip Delay and One-Way Delay for all IP
network transactions.
With the use of multiple QoSient meters, each component of that contrbutes to
IP transaction delay can be determined, allowing you to calculate the instantaneous
Round Trip Network Delay of any IP transaction in the network.
With GPS or NTP style time synchronization QoSient
technology can provide One-Way Delay measurements for any traffic
type, not just tagged test traffic.

Carter Bullard President and CEO. Carter Bullard is the founder of
QoSient and is a recognized leader in the area of network security
and high performance network monitoring. Carter is a former member
of the Computer Emergency Response Team at Carnegie Mellon's Software
Engineering Institute, and has held senior positions at Nortel Networks,
Bay Networks and FORE Systems, as well as Research Faculty positions
